1. How long are shipping times?

We offer a wide selection of items. Typically items ship within 7 days of receiving your order. For customized products manufacturing times can be 10 - 14 days. Transit times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

2. What is your return policy?

We are certain you are going to love the products you purchase from Bow Wow Meow Store, but in the event you are not happy, we offer a 30 day return for refund on all non-customized products. Simply tell us what went wrong and send a picture of the item. Once the return for refund has been authorized, we will provide a return shipping label for you to return the item. 3. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are possible if you don't receive your order in the timeframe specified for each individual product on any non-customized item. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So, if you cancel your order but still receive the product, then please contact us for a return shipping label and we will issue you a full refund once the item has been returned. Unfortunately, custom printed products are non-cancellable. 

4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there is an issue with your order, if it's the wrong size, color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted, then simply notify us and provide a picture of the item received. We'll begin the return process including issuing a refund or replacement if needed.
